Cancellation & No Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must cancel AT LEAST one (1) hour prior to the scheduled appointment start time. ��Please use link above and log back into your TutorTrac account to cancel appointments. ��
If you cancel within 1 hour of the appointment time or do not show up to your appointment, you will receive a "No-Show" status on your profile.
3 or more "No-Shows" within a semester will result in the system blocking you from making CLASS Tutoring appointments for the remainder of the semester.
5 or more cancellations within a semester will result in the system blocking you from making CLASS Tutoring appointments for the remainder of the semester.
