Mission Statement:

To increase academic and emotional fulfillment through the development of positive relationships created by a formulated campus mentorship program.

Create a campus environment where all ��ֱ�� can confidently state who their mentor is and how mentoring has contributed to their growth and success.

To connect ��ֱ�� with mentors (faculty, staff, graduate ��ֱ��, or peers) or peer coaches
To facilitate strong mentoring and coaching relationships by providing training, on-going support, and opportunities to interact with other mentors and ��ֱ��
To increase the academic progress, retention and graduation rates of mentored ��ֱ��
To connect ��ֱ�� with appropriate resources and opportunities
To build a culture of mentoring at FAU by supporting and promoting programs represented on FAU's Mentoring Council
