General Education (GE - Gen Ed)
formERly (IFP) Information

All entering freshmen, transfer à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã with less than 30 credits, and transfer à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã who have not earned an AA Degree must fulfill the University's General Education (Gen Ed) formerly IFP requirements as part of their pursuit of the baccalaureate degree. While the classes do not necessarily relate to the major, they do provide a foundation of knowledge that all well-educated à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã should possess. The Gen Ed is composed of a total of 36 credit hours: Ìý

6 hours of HumanitiesÌý

6 hours of Social ScienceÌý

6 hours of Natural Science

6 hours of MathematicsÌý

6 hours of Additional Enrichment (completion of 6 credits from Humanities, Social Science, or Natural Science)
